Job Description

​

The DSP is responsible for the day-to-day duties/operations of his/her assigned housing site, which includes, but not limited to:

​

• Working with individuals diagnosed with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities

• Assisting them with bathing, feeding, meal prep, and transportation in the community

• Offering support, guidance, and quality assurance.

• Med Delegation (as needed)

• Communication skills

• Reliable transportation and auto insurance to provide Community Integration (as needed for the clients) is a plus!

Additional Information

• We offer 1st Aid/CPR and Med Certification I, III Training for our Team Members.*

• Over-Time Available

• Must pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
